Taking a Break.

I haven't been satisfied with my art lately and I think I just need some time to get away from everything, including DA. Get away from just life in general =/. Maybe I'm still in freakout mode from final exams or something, I dunno. I feel like my art just plain out SUCKS though. I don't even have any inspiration anymore, which is the worst feeling ever. I'm usually really passionate about drawing, but I have been putting everything off and I have no motivation anymore. I thought that now that I'm out of school I would be more willing to draw, but I guess that's not the case. Which is really quite shitty.

And bitch-for-a-boss isn't scheduling me at all *emocry* I want cash dammit! The only artsy thing i recently bought was SAI, which is still awesome. BUT STILL.

Anyway, taking a hiatus for a few weeks methinks. Rethink on stuff. Gotta get my art juice flowing again :l I'll probably be back by the end of summer?

lately i just haven't given a shit about art, but that was just because i had a huge bitch for a teacher who liked to squash the dreams of her students.

your stuff doesn't suck. you're probably just stressed and/or adjusting to not having anything to do. i know sometimes when i'm not really doing anything i can't muster up the willpower to write or play or...stop doing nothing. it'll probably sort itself out. *huuug*

in the meantimes good luck *thumbs up*

Babe, you are amazing. I know exactly how you feel and i understand completely, its happened to me before. Just this winter i had the worst artist block EVER, i felt like giving up drawing and writing completely! When ever i tried to draw, i felt like i was missing something. Eventually after a good art free vacation, i found something inspiring(my dog). Just relax for a while and kick back. Inspiration isn't something that you control, you'll find it in the most unlikely places and when you least expect it.

hell yeaaahs i feel so much better now that ive had some "me time". doing nothing really does do wonders sometimes :)
